Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions before using the SprucedUp website or any of our services.
By accessing or using our site and offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
SprucedUp provides doorstep valet trash pickup services for apartment and multi-family communities. Our services may vary by location and are subject to availability and service agreement terms with each property.
Our services are available to apartment communities and their residents in select locations. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to engage with us on behalf of a property or as a resident of a participating complex.
Residents must place their trash outside their door in tied, sealed bags between designated service hours. Loose trash, oversized or hazardous items, and untimely placements may result in non-collection or community fines.
If services are contracted through a property, all billing is handled through the property management team. Residents should refer to their lease or amenity agreement for fee details. Direct agreements may require individual payment terms, which will be communicated in writing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel service due to weather, safety concerns, property violations, or non-compliance with pickup guidelines. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.
While we aim to provide consistent and professional service, SprucedUp is not responsible for property damage caused by improper trash placement, hazardous materials, or neglect of guidelines by residents or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
